Hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas full of precious memories.

Singing along to Gaga always puts me in a better mood! Woah, just realised how dark it is! I love staying inside on days like this…if only i had a log fire!

In life, we are presented with challenges that we would rather not face, people can do things to shatter trust and it can break us for a while. However, if you chose to forgive someone and want to rebuild that trust then, for them & for you, you have to look past the bad things and live in the now. Try to forget as much as possible because if that terrible thing they did is brought up time & time again then in essence it is happening in your head repeatedly. This person should know they’ve done wrong - if they’re still in your life - so there’s no need to mention it all the time. If you want to forgive then forgive. No, you won’t be able to forget just yet but at least try. Obviously at first you will be questioning everything which is normal but by the time you are willing to forgive & move forward then you must try to do just that. 

Its that time of year again where many of us are rushing out to buy everyone presents they don’t need. As much as I love buying gifts for my family I do find it a little bit frustrating, not only do we have to try and think of what someone wants but also the whole point of ‘thinking’ makes it seem forced and a waste of money. I think we should buy one another gifts throughout the year because it seems more thoughtful. Going in to a shop in the middle of Summer and noticing something your mum will love has so much more meaning to it than the fact that we have to buy something in December.

Sorry I haven’t blogged in ages. I kinda stopped because my boyfriend and I were being sad and googling ourselves and we found loads of my photos being used on some weird fetish website. I also regularly receive bizarre messages in my inbox and got a bit fed up of it. 

However, I have had some people ask me why I don’t blog anymore so I guess I should come back for the people who actually find my blog motivating and something to look at.

In other news , I have just started an open university psychology course so I am getting stuck in to that :)
